Much of my coaching takes place online over Skype or Zoom as I coach people worldwide.
Locally, online coaching has been one of the most effective and convenient ways for individuals to take time out of their busy schedules.
For people living in the Lahore, I offer face-to-face coaching that can take place either in a coffee shop or outside in nature.
Both NLP and life coaching sessions are approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
Coaching sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly, whatever you feel comfortable with.
However, I recommend weekly for the my coaching programmes.
This allows any action steps to be completed easily before the next session.
